This is an extremely old photo, it arrived in a very delicate condition and had to be handled with care. The photo was badly damaged due to age, creases, dust and scratches.

The photo has now been restored, all scratches and creases have been removed and the background corrected, a slight vignette has also been added and the sepia colour restored.

This photograph is in a very bad way, not only is the main image torn into 3 pieces but there are countless creases, marks and scratches running through the whole picture.

This was a very sorry looking photograph when we received it and had to be handled with care, the image is very faded and has countless creases and scratches covering the whole photo.

We have corrected the fading making the image stand out now, the tree in the background for example is now nice and clear, and we have also removed / fixed all the marks, creases and scratches.

When this image arrived it turned out to be a tiny little photograph and the detail that was left was so faint and small. There was a huge tear across the face and also through the chair. The face needed rebuilding.

Here is the final image, we managed to scan in the image at a high resolution to enable us to work on a larger scale. We have removed all the black marks and scratches, fixed the glue stains and the tears and reconstructed her face.

The original photo has been badly water damaged, across nearly half of the photo, it is also out of focus.

We have fixed the water damage and increased the blacks on this image, we have also sharpened it up and given it a new fresh white border.

This was a very small and old water damaged photograph. The damage was so bad that parts of the photograph have disappeared completely.

This was a challenge, the photograph was actually done onto card leaving a visible paper texture. Mould had damaged the picture over time and it was also very faded.

After allot of work we finally got the photograph to look like this. All the missing details from the original i.e. the right side of the hair and the eye details have been painted in by hand. The paper texture has been removed as much as it can be and the whole image has been brought back to life.

This photo was very badly faded with poor detail quality, it had many dust specks and minor scratches, it also needed straightening.

This is the restored version, as you can see the image has far more detail now, its been straightened and all the dust specks and scratches have been removed. The image now has some depth.

This original photo has obviously been around for a few years and is considerably damaged. It has lost some contrast over the years and has many scratches and creases across the whole photo.

This image had some water damage, it had quite a few creases, it was slightly faded and had a nasty yellow colour cast, plus the standard dust specks and age damage problems.

The image has now been fully restored, the colour has been corrected and the image has been converted into a basic black & white image. All creases, scratches, dust specks and other marks have been removed. The water damaged areas have been carefully retouched and we have added some highlights into the eyes.

This is the original black and white photo of a spitfire which I wanted to turn into full colour.

This is the recoloured version, the image has been coloured by hand using a Wacom Cintiq tablet.

This original photograph was in very poor condition, it was very thin and and the original sepia colour has darkened over time giving it a very orange glow.
